How to disable 'watching of topic emails'

Im finding this frustrating myself so heres how you stop it guys and gals.

Click on PROFILE
then select PREFERENCES
and then where it says ALWAYS NOTIFY ME OF REPLYS select NO

And dont forget to hit save.

Then that will stop it, if you are already watching topics your will need to stop them too by simply selecting Profile > Topic being watched > Mark All > Stop watching selected topics > Confirm.
